Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy
We hope you love your CALLSA products, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made the return and exchange process hassle-free.
How much time do I have to return or exchange my purchase?
You can return your purchase for a full refund or exchange it within 7 days of receiving the product. Exchanges are subject to product availability and can be made for an item of equal value.
Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- Products showing signs of use, wear and tear, damage, scratches, missing manuals (if applicable), warranties, or accessories.
- Products with cut, tampered, or damaged wiring will not be eligible for return.
- Items that have been modified, mishandled, or physically damaged after delivery.
- Once the returned item reaches the CALLSA warehouse for inspection, the refund process will be initiated.
To initiate a return, please reach out to our Customer Support team and provide the following details:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase (copy of order invoice)
- Video or photo of the faulty product
- Complete delivery address
- Contact telephone number.
Returns Procedure :
- Customers can return their product within 7 days if they are not satisfied or if there is a defect in the product.
- Contact the CALLSA customer service team via email at contact@callsaelectronics.in or call us on 9810675277 to obtain the return shipping address or a prepaid shipping label.
- Provide your order number and the reason for initiating the return.
- You may choose your preferred logistics company at your own expense or use the prepaid shipping label (if applicable) to send the package.
- Ensure the product is properly packed to prevent any potential damage during transit. Once shipped, please notify us via email with the shipment details.
Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
For returned items, a full refund will be provided for defective products. However, for non-defective items, the refund will exclude all shipping and handling charges, including return shipping fees.
Return shipping cost Policy :
- For products with manufacturing defects:
CALLSA will cover all shipping fees for returns. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team. Initially, you will need to pay the return shipping cost. Once we receive the product, you will be fully refunded, including the return shipping charges.
2. For products with no manufacturing defects:
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returning product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For returns of items valued over INR 499 , we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, CALLSA cannot guarantee the successful return of the items.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure the product is sent back to us using any shipping service of your choice. Once we receive the product, it becomes our responsibility.
Refunds :
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
Important Notice:
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with the original packaging. CALLSA does not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged , or altered in any way.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact CALLSA Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Before shipping your return, please double-check the items. CALLSA will not be responsible for the return of non-CALLSA products.
